RV Storage FAQ
Can I access my RV during winter storage?
Yes. While NCIS is not open to the public, you can schedule an appointment to access your RV when needed. We ask for 24-hour notice to ensure staff availability.
Should I leave propane tanks on or off?
For safety reasons, we require all propane tanks to be turned off at the valve before storage. Our heated facility maintains safe temperatures without needing propane.
How do I measure my RV for storage?
Measure from the front bumper to the rear bumper (or ladder, if it extends beyond). Include any attached accessories like bike racks or spare tire carriers in your measurement.
Do you offer monthly or seasonal terms?
Both. We offer flexible month-to-month storage as well as seasonal storage from October through May, paid upfront.
