These terms apply to your use of this website, including our online quote tool, which is operated by North Coast Indoor Storage ("NCIS," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Storing a vehicle with us is governed by a separate written storage agreement, which you sign before drop-off. If anything on this website differs from your storage agreement, the storage agreement controls.

• Online quotes are estimates based on the information you enter. Rates are charged per foot of total length, per month. Boats are measured including the trailer.
• A quote is not a reservation. Nothing is reserved until we speak by phone, confirm availability, and reserve your space.
• Your final price is confirmed when you book. Published rates may change, but the rate in your storage agreement applies to your term.
• Please measure accurately. If your vehicle's actual length differs from what you entered, your price will be based on the actual length.

• Access by appointment. The facility is not open to the public. We ask for 24 hours' notice to visit, drop off, or pick up your vehicle.
• Insurance. Every stored vehicle must carry its own comprehensive insurance coverage.
• Propane. All propane tanks must be turned off at the valve before storage.
• Preparation. We recommend fully winterizing your RV or boat before storage, even though the facility is heated.
• Payment. Monthly storage is paid monthly. Seasonal storage is paid upfront. We do not take payments through this website.
• Cancellation. Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice. Your storage agreement sets out the full terms.

When you use this site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in quote requests and messages.
• Use the site only for lawful purposes related to storage with us.
• Not interfere with the site, attempt to access areas you are not authorized to use, or collect data from it by automated means.

The North Coast Indoor Storage name, logo, and the content of this website belong to us. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not copy or reuse our branding or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We work to keep this website accurate and up to date, but it may occasionally contain errors, and space is subject to availability. The site is provided "as is," and we may change or suspend it at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Our responsibilities for stored vehicles are set out in your storage agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
