- Included: heated indoor space kept above freezing all winter. Gated entry, 24/7 video surveillance, a fire sprinkler system, and a backup generator. Winterizing and maintenance stay with you.
- Terms: $6.10 per foot per month, month-to-month or seasonal (October through May, paid upfront). Seasonal storage that starts after October is prorated by month. Early removals aren't prorated or refunded. Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice.
Mentor Lagoons Marina and its indoor rack storage
Mentor Lagoons Marina, run by the City of Mentor at 8365 Harbor Drive, offers yearly and summer-only rack storage inside its own storage building. According to the city, rack storage customers can keep their boat there all winter and get unlimited daily launches during the summer season. The marina can accommodate boats up to 50 feet, and its boat ramp is open April 1 through November 15, weather permitting.
North Coast Indoor Storage is a separate, off-site option in Euclid with no connection to the marina or the City of Mentor. It may suit owners who would rather store a boat on its own trailer or stands, or keep an RV or trailer in the same place. Check the marina's current rates, contract, and services directly when you compare.
RVs and trailers from Mentor
Before an RV goes inside, we need: propane turned off at the valve, slide-outs and awnings retracted, and black and gray holding tanks emptied. Tow vehicles and trailers can be stored alongside your RV, priced separately at the same per-foot rate. RVs can be up to 75 feet long and must fit through our 14' × 14' doors. We still recommend winterizing as your manufacturer recommends, even in a heated building.
